Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and which tools readers click through to. GA4 sets first-party cookies (e.g. _ga) and processes data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city derived from IP; GA4 does not store IP addresses), device and browser type, referring site, and clicks on outbound links to tool vendors.
We run Google Consent Mode with advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization denied. We do not show ads, do not use Google Signals or remarketing, and do not sell personal data. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Outbound and affiliate links
Some links to vendors are affiliate links. When you click one, the vendor (or its affiliate platform) may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
Newsletter (beehiiv)
Our newsletter is run on beehiiv, which acts as our newsletter processor. When you subscribe, the email address you enter, plus the technical data beehiiv collects with a signup (such as signup time and page), is processed by beehiiv to send you the newsletter and to measure delivery and opens. The signup form is loaded from beehiiv’s servers (subscribe-forms.beehiiv.com) only when it scrolls into view, and beehiiv receives standard request data when it loads. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your subscription at team@adtoolbench.com. See beehiiv’s privacy policy.
Clicks on newsletter signup links are counted in Google Analytics as a newsletter_cta_click event (without your email address).
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
